Pharmica currently delivers online orders within Lebanon.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and active phone number.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible perfumes and beauty products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
Food, confectionery and oral-freshness products, including NUDE Mints and Cesare Carraro products, are not returnable or exchangeable after delivery for change-of-mind purposes.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact Pharmica promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs.
Order Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Pharmica as soon as possible and preferably on the same day the order is placed.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
